ลบบัญชีและข้อมูล

คุณสามารถขอลบบัญชี Smooth Gift และข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณได้สองวิธี — ผ่านแอป หรือผ่านแบบฟอร์มด้านล่างนี้ บริการนี้จัดทำโดย บริษัท สยามสมูทกิฟท์ จํากัด (Siam Smooth Gift Co., Ltd.).

You can request deletion of your Smooth Gift account and personal data either from inside the app or using the form below.

ในแอป / In the app

เปิดแอป Smooth Gift → ตั้งค่า (Settings) → ลบบัญชี (Delete account) แล้วยืนยัน บัญชีจะถูกลบทันที

ข้อมูลที่จะถูกลบ / Data that will be deleted

• ข้อมูลบัญชี — ชื่อ อีเมล รูปโปรไฟล์ (account profile)
• ที่อยู่จัดส่งและสมุดผู้รับ (shipping addresses & recipient book)
• ประวัติแชทกับด็อกเตอร์สุข (in-app assistant chat history)
• ตะกร้าสินค้าและรายการโปรด (cart & favorites)

ข้อมูลที่เก็บไว้ตามกฎหมาย / Data retained by law

• ประวัติคำสั่งซื้อและใบกำกับภาษี — เก็บ 5 ปีตามกฎหมายภาษีไทย (order history & tax invoices, kept 5 years per Thai tax law)
• บันทึกการชำระเงิน (payment records)
